the hotel is well maintained and very clean, with amazing location. it's steps away from the waverley property with nice drinks and cocktails. we enjoyed it and recommend the place.

We truly enjoyed Ben A'An House. We stayed in a double room with an iron, a flat screen TV and a sitting area. When we arrived the host was lovely.

The room had an excellent design. Located 200 metres from the hotel, Puddingstone Place was a good choice to eat;))
There was no parking.
